Early Morning Photo Montage It is the morning of my day off. I don't have much to say, but I wanted to show you some pictures. I drive about 15 kilometers to work in the mornings, somewhere between 3:45 and 4:15 and for most of the year it is dreary city blackness and streetlamp amber glare, but when the month of june comes about, and the days stretch out long, and daylight savings co-operates, I get to see the first glimmers of dawn. Sadly, most of my pictures are obscured by speed (late for work) and streetlamps, but there are a couple that are kind of interesting. Okay, here's a puffy faced Rufus in the apartment elevator, obviously excited about going to work. My hair is inexpertly tied back.
This is me zooming past the Pita Pit on Wharf St. There are always people there, regardless of what time of night. Usually just standing watching seagulls.
This is probably the best picture. I'm not really sure what that huge smoke plume down in the shipyard is. Makes a nice silhouette, though.
 Green means go!
Turn off your highbeams, crazy middle-of-the-night man!
I love that gradation from yellow to blue to black. Better in person, of course.
Rufus driving home after a day's work, counting money. Note the look of concentration. I found a cool french radio station that plays opera and avant-garde.
