Well, I lied.

I'm not completely okay. As it turns out (several hours after the accident), I have a bit of a case of whiplash. The back and neck are stiffening. When Bee got home, she insisted that I go to the clinic. I try not to go to the doctor unless I have 3 or 4 things to take care of at once, and I didn't want to get involved with insurance companies and all that (I don't know what it's like elsewhere: here, doctors have to report motor vehicle accidents to the state-run insurance agency). But Bee was right - the doctor said that I would have been really sorry - and sore for a much longer time - if I left it be. As it is, I must go bathe, A535, and hot water bottle my neck, drop a few Robax, and take the day off work tomorrow. I will let you know how it goes.
